The foundation of Albert Sorroca – Lawyers in 1991 was the result of the analysis of the experience accumulated by the consultancy’s founderover twelve years of professional activity as a lawyer in direct daily contact with the problems and needs of the modern business. Committed to the principles of the service to the client, confidentiality and respect for the ethical standards that must characterize the legal profession.

Two fundamental ideas provided the motive force behind this project:

• The greater and the best quality of professional response of the offices specialized in commercial law that were joining together the teamwork of lawyers and economists.
• The search for maximum efficiency from an original and unique structure simplified to the end based on an integrated and fast service, in accordance with the dynamism needed by the companies.

To identify and to foresee all of the legal problems, to plan and to advise all the appropriate actions to eliminate risks.

Opposite to the arised legal problems, to act in coordination with the direction of the company, analyzing the alternatives and suggesting the best solution.
